Ahhhh, for a minute there, I thought you were compiling a new version. The 4.2 release Joseph released before disappearing for so long had a higher clockrate than the sources he left us with or the open source project. The current max (from the config panel) is 89mhz, which I use almost constantly unless testing something for the real Coco3. Then I go to normal speed.
I think the value you are changing is the maximum multiplier, which is the same as moving the CPU speed in the config, but only with a higher multiplier.
