[Coco] A Thanksgiving Present to Coco/DriveWire4 users

About that sharing of disk images among instances... that would seem to be
asking for trouble with race conditions, e.g. sectors looking available to
multiple instances so that two files get written to the same place on the
disk image. Is anything done to prevent this?
