[Coco] CocoPi3 "PacoOtaktay Winter 2017-2018 Edition" now available

I would be interested in seeing the DriveWire configuration file that
supports three simultaneous connections.  I have tried on and off to do
that with the standard "wizard build" configuration file but no success.
It would be great to run VCC, MAME, and X-Roar at the same time.  Is the
config available as a separate download?
