Thus, loading it from DECB. Like I said :)

If you have a special ROM that lets you run DISK BASIC from a hard drive, then it’s easy,

But with stock DECB, there’s no way to load anything without floppy. Once you can load a binary from a hard drive, that implies a custom ROM and then we are doing. something different.

CoCoboot would be a great alternative to using the OS9 tools that actually work properly, unlike the ancient stock os9gen and cobbler which only work properly on floppies or smaller hard drive images.
