You were talking about manipulating .dsk images in Windows?

Use 'CoCoDskUtil v1.0.10' to view the contents of any .dsk or to view or edit any file or program on the .dsk
It's 'point' and 'click' easy

or  use 'wimgtool'  to add or remove files from the .dsk

Both or easy,easy,easy to use


to add content on a .dsk with 'wimgtool'

  <file> <open> then navigate to the folder with the .dsk to manipulate
 <image> <insert file> then navigate to the folder with the .bin you want to add ( or any other coco file)


to delete content on a .dsk with 'wimgtool'

<file><open> then navigate to folder with the .dsk to manipulate
<left><mouse> to highlight file  <right><mouse> <delete>  to remove file

to extract a file on a .dsk(to use on another .dsk)

<file><open>then navigate to folder with .dsk to manipulate
<left><mouse> to highlight file  <right><mouse>< extract> to move that file to your working directory ( the directory that you just used to select .dsk from)
now that file can be added to any other .dsk  by adding content as described above


Use 'CoCoDskUtil v1.0.10' to view the contents of a .dsk(DIR), or to view the contents of a program on the .dsk(LIST)

Just install 'CoCoDskUtil v1.0.10' and it will launch as the default program any time you click on a .dsk file on your PC . You dont need to do anything more than just  <left><mouse> click on the desired .dsk  .   'CoCoDskUtil v1.0.10' will launch and display the DIR of that .dsk.    Just point and click over any file or program on the .dsk and you will be able to rename, delete, or modify the file or program.  This tool will let you edit the program with out needing to use an emulator or real coco.   Everything is done from with in the program.  write, re-write, and rename programs and they will automatically be modified on the .dsk
