[Coco] Message to list getting delayed or lost when posting.

Has anyone experienced this before? 

I’ve had messages delayed before, but never this long, and never has one gotten lost. 

It’s been well over an hour since I posted an answer to a message, but I have yet to see the message post acknowledged or show up on the lists pipermail web site. I am certain I sent it to the LIST and not as a private response. 

I just sent it again… so ... SORRY in advance if it gets duplicated.
