To your question how many people are likely to attend the CoCoFEST?

About 80 people attended last year for the 25th anniversary.

With the CoCoFEST Commercials, the 40th anniversary of the Model 1, and
inviting the TRS-80 people to the CoCoFEST we may get a few more people.  I
would guess 50 to 100 people.
