[Coco] Generic VGA adapter

To combine into a proper composite sync, use an XOR gate so that your Vsync is
“serrated” with the Hsync pulse.  

This is needed to keep the display Hsync synchronized during Vsync.

There are many ways to do that and it's been discussed ad-infinitum on this list over the past years.  Even if you do setup composite sync don't expect much out of it. Might be ok for gaming, but looks awful for 80-col. text.
