[Coco] EPROMS

As cheap as 27256 EPROMs are you may want to investigate using them in all cases. Most modern EPROM programmers will handle them with ease and they will probably program faster than a 2764 if you use the right brand and an intelligent programmer. As Ed said, you just tie the unused high addresses hi or low and only use part of the EPROM. If you burn your 8K of code at $0000, $2000, $4000, and $6000 to fill up the entire 27256 then it won't matter which way the upper address lines are tied. If you tie any address lines hi, though, good practice would be to use a 4.7k or 10k resistor.
