[Coco] EPROMS

The advice on my question of buying modern low-voltage EPROMS to burn
Extended BASIC for old CoCos was...

"2764 or 27C64 for the older CoCos (8K) and 27C256 for the CoCo 3 (32K)."

The 2764 is 8KB right, so that can handle the CoCos that have Color BASIC
and Extended BASIC in different chips. How about for the CoCos that used a
single chip which had both Color BASIC and Extended BASIC together?
Wouldn't that need a 16K EPROM? If so, what is the recommendation?
