[Coco] MAME FDC Issue that can cause corruption

Hi David,

I will check this when I get home after work.

We need to figure out when this behavior started.  Perhaps a few of us can
start trying your test on older versions of MAME.  I would like to see how
0.182 and 0.183 are.
