[Coco] Podcast player for CoCo2/3

Travis:  Nice!  I see you figured out how to add the pbm image.  Looks like
it cues too fast for a short song - maybe that should be cueing should
proportional to the song length?

Has anyone actually measured the hsync on the coco?  15,720 hz ~sounds~
close, but I've seen 15,734 and also 15,750 per NTSC.  Encoding the sound
at 15,734 was a little slow, and 15,750 hz was noticeably slow; John
Linville's voice took on a James Earl Jones quality.

I'm hoping Gene will know the answer.
