[Coco] CoCo3 FPGA project analog boards

Hi guys,

A little update.

I built one of the test boards tonight, so I should be able to get this tested over the next day
or two, get a few small tweaks (positioning of the WiFi module mostly), and then get the
run ordered.  They are taking about 1 week to get to me right now, so I should be able to start
shipping boards in about 2 weeks or so assuming everything goes ok.

Tim Linder has offered to help me with getting some new top plates cut for our CoCo3 FPGAs.

Here's a pic of the sample top plate.  This should help tie everything into a finished looking package.
New top plates along with a standoff kit will be included with the boards.
