[Coco] Obvious newbie question?

Hi all,
Is it actually possible with the right cable to transfer files from a computer to the CoCo2 / MC-10 via a Windows WAV file?
That is just plain kookie to me!  It's hard to even get my mind around that.
Certainly I'd love to be able to do such a thing.
If it is possible, what kind of cable is needed?
