[Coco] VCC & Drivewire using new disk image

Awesome information Bill.

I used that starter kit because the other versions of VCC I tried didn't
have the Drivewire integration option on the configuration. I am not sure
if that is now built-in, but I saw it didn't work..

Only with that version from the bundle I could make it work...
