[Coco] Real Talker Cartridge

Hi Tim,
Real Talker won't work with a CoCo 3. There is a conflict with I/O addressing. As I recall, it utilizes the 12V line on the bus. It will work with the CoCo 2 using an un-modded MPI. It won't work on the CoCo2 with an MPI that's been updated for the CoCo3.
