[Coco] IP packets on my coco

Another thought:  The Terasic DE-2 board is very similar to the DE-1.  
In fact, we do have a port of CoCo3FPGA on it.  One of the nice things 
about the DE-2 is that it has an onboard ethernet interface.  I 
currently have two DE-2s and another two are due to arrive this week.  
Gary now has a DE-2 as well.  If nothing else, we could use the exact 
same circuit that is on the DE2 and replicate it on the expansion port 
of the analog board.  That way it would be easy to support TCP/IP on 
either the DE-1 or DE-2.
