[Coco] Printing from Disk Extended Color Basic (via Drivewire)

Everyone,

Thanks so much for showing an interesting in printing in DECB via
Drivewire.  I'm always impressed with the level of technical knowledge and
sharing of ideas that routinely happens on this mailing list.
