[Coco] Alternate font sets

Thank you to EVERYONE who responded to my alternate fonts question. So
much good information here - certainly a lot to work with. My interest in
this is being driven by the fact we have so many good options for video
output (available now or soon) it would great to take advantage of that by
having a variety of nice fonts.
The Coco will always mean a green screen, flashing colored cursor and it's
trademark default font (to me at least). Nothing wrong with a bit of
updating now and again...
