[Coco] CMOC compiler: Embryonic support for OS-9

Hi folks,

I have just published version 0.1.15 of CMOC, my 6809-generating
cross-compiler for a subset of the C language.

The main change this time is the addition of embryonic support for
targeting OS-9.

I was able to write a small program that prints to the terminal and
accepts an input line from it. I tested that program on NitrOS-9
in MESS.

Those who might be interested in coding in a C-like language for
NitrOS-9 are invited to try this version and send me feedback.
I don't know much about that OS, so there are certainly things that
will need to be fixed. Hopefully, the CMOC register convention and
OS-9's execution model will turn out to be compatible.
