This is a Ken-Ton interface. It has room for a ROM and that's it. I
bought this new back in the eighties.

The hard disk is a Quantum, 1219 cyls, 2 heads, 49 sectors/track and
512 bytes/sector.

I seem to recall the last time I modified OS9 L2, I used a driver and
descriptor utilizing 512 byte sectors but I could be wrong. However, I
don't think so.
I'm pretty sure I have everything backed up to this PC but right now,
I'm waiting to hear back from Prolific re: this USB-DB9 converter. Once
I get the connection between the Coco and this PC going, I can get those
files I need transferred to that coco. In the meantime, I was checking
on the formatting issue. It seems it's just a simple matter of just
telling the driver the details of this HD, yes?

  OS9 L2 on a CC3 512k.

Right now, the only disks I can find with a HD driver and descriptor
are set to finish booting from the HD. So I need to build another floppy
to boot totally from that floppy but, not until I get the communication
going between this PC and that Coco. This PC is where everything is.
In fact, I'm starting to think I'm going to have to send another HELP
message to Prolific. I should have heard back by now.
