[Coco] NitrOS9 40 column boot screen

That did not work. I cobblered /d1 instead of /dd because I wanted to
preserve the disk in /d0. I copied ccbkrn and sysgo over to the new disk
and it doesn't boot. The screen is still 80 columns up to the point of the
boot failure. Entering the xmode commands and then display 1b 24 to kill
the screen has no effect on the column width. This is all being done in
Vcc 2, could that be the problem?

I am using the latest NitrOS9 image and booting a dual floppy system
(5.25inch 40track, double sided), no drivewire, becker or sdc.
