Tsedit for OS9 is a clone of vi.
Is is available here: http://www.colorcomputerarchive.com/coco/Disks/Applications/T-S%20Edit%20(Tandy).zip
Just copy tsedit and tspars to your CMDS directory from the TSEDITOS.DSK disk. Run it from the 32 column screen. It will switch to a graphics screen.
I will upload a 80 column patched version named tsed shortly.
