[Coco] VCC Color Computer 3 Emulator v2.0.1 - Public Release (finally!)

Tried it on my Win7 laptop and I can't dskini a floppy with the HBD/Becker
cart in the MPI.  If I remove it and just use the normal floppy controller
it works.
