While there look at their floppy drives. They list some 180K (single sided) 5.25" drives for $9 -- might be worth getting a couple. One 360K 5.25" for $39. They are probably pulls and no telling how long they have sat, but with the cost and rarity of these now might be worth a try if still using a CoCo with floppys. They have some 96 TPI 5.25" drives also... those are 720K IIRC, as used in the Tandy 2000. I don't recall how compatible those are with 360K disks, but I'm sure there are some here who remember.
I agree that the CA Digital operation appears to be a one-man show now, more a hobby than a business. Their website hasn't changed much in the last 10 years, and I don't think they've had any new inventory on a long time. Looks like they are mostly selling off stuff they've had for years, and will continue until it's gone. or the owner can't do it any more. THIS IS JUST AN OPINION/OBSERVATION!!! I have no real knowledge of the operation, JUST SPECULATION!!!
