[Coco] CoCo 3 And The Sony KV-1311CR Monitor Adapter

On re-reading your note, I see that you bought the monitor/TV itself along
with the cable, which rules me out as the source, since I sold the cable
only.

I suspect the monitor has been modified internally to supply the needed 5
volts, possibly by the same method Marty describes in his final
paragraphs.  This is what I did for my own KV1311CR, and the modification
was pretty easy even for a non-hardware hacker type like myself.
