[Coco] eBay MPI Heads Up

On the other side I never had a parcel lost by UPS
USPS / La Poste have perfectly teamed to lose a parcel for me (Value:  200 euros)

That's been my experience also.  I've sent things all over the world. 
There's plenty of information on line at usps.gov and you can even print customers forms out from the site.

UPS and FedEx are to be avoided at all costs for international shipment. 
They are completely oriented towards business-to-business.
