[Coco] more tapeloader madness

Hey guys...

after some debugging, headbanging etc etc, i have a good version of the
musical tapeloader...

this example loads roughly 3k and executes it upon completion......

the loader uses the standard tape format and services the music at around
10.5..11 Khz
