[Coco] DE-0 Nano Successfully Programmed!

I'm assuming the board can be programmed without the RGB2VGA card attached...My DE-0 Nano should be her Friday. My plan is to program the board with Luis's code and have it ready to go when Kip's card arrives so I can test right away. Once tested and working, my next task will be to find an enclosure to put it in.
