[Coco] Muli-Pak 26-3124 Upgrade

I just recently acquired a 26-3124 Multi-Pak.  The MPI will need to be
upgraded to work with the CoCo 3.  I know some one sold an upgrade kit a
while back.  John and GIMEChip.com??  It appears that website is gone.  Is
anyone else selling a similar kit?  I know Cloud 9 does the upgrade, but I
would much rather do it myself.  If no one is selling a kit or satellite
board, I will just purchase the 74LS10 and do it that way.
