Hi Brett,
I have a local copy of the HDB-DOS repo, so yes, I'm interested in building an HDB-DOS SDC CC1-3 rom. I would appreciate your hand-holding me through the HG commands to go about including your code in my local repo. Thank you.

Actually Kip, YA-DOS is a branch of HDBDOS, but highly modified. I think the only feature I intentionally disabled was "flexikey", for the simple reason, that I haven't a clue what it does. I guess there was some issue of Rainbow in 1984 or something that explains what its for. All the HDBDOS favorites, such as "RUNM", "AUTOEXEC.BAS", "RENAME DRIVE", etc... are all still there in YA-DOS. Admittedly, the "DRIVE" command is vastly, if not confusingly, expanded.

I maybe started this thread by accident. I already had this discussion about HDBDOS supporting SDC earlier. (I forgot!)

I do like the idea of multiple ROM's. I often think about plopping in a driver into YA-DOS to handle a ROM(s) as a drive.. then we could have a filesystem on a ROM... not sure what coolness that would lead too.

I still have the HG diff patches for a SDC capable HDB-DOS, if anyone is interested.

I would love to see the extra features in HDB-DOS added to YA-DOS. I like the idea of a do everything dos rom. Besides, all new hardware for the Coco needs to be supported in the rom image one way or another.
