I have been looking for something like this!

I would like to be able to highlight a block of lines, and set the start number. If I decide I want to move my 1000-1099 routine to be 1200, I have to do multiple steps to rename that block, then rename the stuff after it back. I will check this out and see what it can do. Neat.
