Yes to all. Depends on the hosting plan. Simplenet, back in the day, had "unlimited bandwidth and storage" -- my early photo site was there, pushing the boundaries with hundreds of megabytes of storage :)  Yahoo! bought them and shut that nonsense down. But yeah, it could be $$$.

But then you are "selling copyrighted material"... Tricky.

For Mac users (or Linux), it's trivial to write a script that will snarf up all the files in a web page using command line utilities. I did this to grab all the MAME artwork from a site -- it would "wget" the HTML page, then I'd run it through some filters and emit command lines to download the individual zips.
