All,
When I use "make -B" to build the repo I get an incredible amount of info to the screen. How do I stop this? I imagine that is why my builds take so long. I guess I really need to read the man pages on make. :P

I'll third that reaction. The only time it takes longer is when I have the listing turned on, saving it to a file so I can locate where things went aglay. That does take 20 some minutes to a file, and nearly a hour to the screen as I'm not using the nvidia driver.

Without that listing, I can hg clone and build the 3 projects from scratch in well under 10 minutes. My network dl speed is only 010 megabaud.
