[Coco] Replying to messages and an introduction

Yep, if you use a mail client that handles mailing lists well, then
subscribing to the list is by far the easiest way to participate.

That is after all how mailing lists are designed to work, and I've yet to
see an alternate interface that doesn't come with compromises.
