[Coco] CocoSDC + floppy drives

My partitions consist of:

1. (boot part) 18432 sectors (4608 MB)
2. (User part) 503808 sectors (125.952 MB)

I used Windows programme called HXD to manipulate the partitions. I 
created a descriptor called SDA which has ofs set to 4800.
