[Coco] CocoSDC + floppy drives

I have the latest image on my CocoSDC. It fixes the problem of not being
able to use the floppies properly, and also the MPI issues, and speeds
up the 6309 version with some tweaks.

I'm getting megaread times of 13 seconds.

I have also created a "partition" added to the end of the of the
provided image, which makes a very useful system for me.

Feel free to ply me with questions, especially regarding the creation of
new os9boot files. It's kinda tricky.

I use Notepad on Windows to modify/create the startup.cfg file. I used
Windows File Explorer to place the image files on the SD card. You need
to limit the filenames to 8.3 at this stage.
