[Coco] URBANE - Make your DECB programs more Human Readable!

Hi, 

Going in the opposite direction from the 4K contest and allowing human readable programs I created "Urbane", a DECB preprocessor years ago.

It removed the requirement for line numbers allowing use of most full screen editors.

The two (2) character limit was also removed.

Just changing those two requirements made DECB much more usable.

The DECB interrupter is needed to run the program and it does most of the error checking.

The download count I believe was approaching 2000 when CoCo3.com was taken over.

I thought about Urbane when the discussion about FN started. I think I covered it. :)

NO! it is not a BASIC compilers for the CoCo?
