[Coco] Dutch disk archive found

I just noticed that some of the .dsk files in my dropbox are not the
full 360k or 720k. I'm guessing that this is done by Drivewire4?

To make them full size, I need to load those files into DW, and then use
dEd to write to the last secto, or else, specify a full physical format
when I create the disks.

As it stands, VCC accepts the images, but WImgTool does not. Copying
them to *real* disks should present no problem, though.
