[Coco] Rainbow on disk

That's good news. 

Once I get the project in the Internet Archive then we can look at the options. 

The bingo card is both a way to find out if the issue you want is available and to alert CoCoer's to check their files and offer missing issues to the project. 

The Internet Archive is a different set of CoCoers, one that may not read the mailing list or the Facebook page. As it may well be the last archive standing I wish to present the project well.

If the entire Rainbow On Tape and Disk are in the system under the snow and we can actually have all issues, then the project can be moved to the finished status.
