[Coco] Rainbow on disk

Stephen,

I'm in the process of transferring the hosting of TandyCoCo.com to a
server hosted by Aaron's company. I have no problem restructuring the
files section once this is complete. Indeed, I wanted to do that long
ago, but, my hosting company frowned sites being used as ftp
repositories. As long as Aaron has no problems with these files being
hosted on his servers, I'd be happy to restructure the files section.
