[Coco] Color basic and available RAM

Ah, I see. Thanks for the explanations. I wanted to make sure that ~24K was all MEM was going to see "out of the box" even on a 64K machine. 

John, I've seen mention of some POKEs that free up memory, but I don't recall where. :)
