Thanks for that.

It does appear that yours has latched the wrong Flash bank number at
power-up (2 instead of 0).  I will investigate and see if there is
something in the design/firmware that may be responsible for this.

For now, you may want to flip the DIP switches back and forth a few times
and make sure they are fully set to the OFF position (just in case there is
some kind of intermttent contact problem in the switch).
