Looking at my Multi-Vue manual, I see group buffers 200-205 defined in Buff.h. 
They refer to fonts, pointers, and patterns. The NitrOS-9 repository in the 
stdfonts.asm file (level2) contains:

* Standard Multi-Vue scroll bar icons
* This is a linked list.

* group header data for special multivue scroll bar
* GPLoad 206 decimal

What follows are arrows and box shapes.
