G'day,

I don't think 'your' speed is the problem.  I just started to download
that file and with the best speed attained it was going to take 2
weeks (14 days) so I suspect the server is limiting the speed.

I haven't done the math but judged on the time it's taken to download
other large files in the past, it should have been downloaded in a few
hours ... at worst, overnight.
