I have a question, under which license the source will be released?

This version has yet to be released to public as testing was not finished. The change between 1.43b (previous Becker Port release) and 1.43c is that the Becker Port was moved out to a ".dll" (like the disk controller) as opposed to inline code as it was in 1.43b.
