[Coco] Coco SDC and blue screens on Coco3? Newbie questions

I am brand new to the TRS-80 and finally started to use my Coco SDC!  Works great but I have a few questions..
 
- Bagitman will not work - I assume it needs 512k memory or more?
 
- Some games load but then I only see a blue screen (Brewmaster, Buzzard Bait and a few others).  Are they not supported on the Coco3?
 
- I know where to buy the 512k memory upgrade.  Where can I get a 1mb or 2mb upgrade?
