Okay, previously I had some "blind spots" impacting portions of 3 different 
house codes.  Turns out I had transposed two digits in the data table  (I'm 
fairly certain I'm not dyslexic despite this incident).  I just fixed the 
problem and now all 256 units are reliably accessible.

I also changed the internal delay routines a bit.  This allows the program 
to finish in 1/3rd of the time while still keeping everything happy... I 
hope.

Sorry to issue a correction so soon, but it's a pretty important one so I 
wanted to get it out there sooner rather than later.
