Thanks Gene.  I didn't even think to factor in heat or heat reduction. And 
yet I now recall you mentioning it recently in connection with your own GIME 
maintenance.

Thanks for tips on pulling and placing this chip.  I've never pulled one of 
these square ones before.  I'll get a proper puller before I mess with it.
