It's missing the plastic door over the expansion connector/reset. That puts 
it closer to $30! ;)

I doubt they'd even see it. Most Best Offer auctions set a threshold below 
which offers are automatically rejected. For sh*ts and giggles I sometimes 
lowball ridiculous auctions and most of the time get an automated rejection.

Some people can't be reasoned with though. I've had civil debate with 
vendors where, in some cases, I point out that the item is still available - 
brand new - for less than they're asking. They politely acknowledged that 
fact but didn't alter the listing.
